Installation Instructions:
For Replacing on Original Tailgate: It is required to carefully set on your tailgate to mark and drill the 12 holes in the mounting tabs of this item to attach properly with the provided mounting rivets. (Tools Not Included)
For Mounting on Our Replacement Tailgate: It is required to carefully drill 12 mounting holes through the tailgate and mounting tabs on the back of this item. It would be best to align this panel on the tailgate, and mark and drill the holes in the tailgate first, according to the aluminum mounting tabs on this panel. Then realign this panel on the tailgate to mark the aluminum mounting tabs on this panel for drilling. After carefully drilling the holes through the aluminum mounting tabs, realign the panel to the tailgate and use the included rivets to mount to the tailgate. (Tools Not Included)
