• Returns cannot be processed without the Return Authorization Number.

1. Fill out the "Return Authorization Number" email form below.  Click the submit button.  This will notify us that you have a return and we will email you a unique "Return Authorization Number". Write this number on your paper "Return Authorization Form" along with your order invoice number.

The invoice number can be found on your customer invoice included with your order.  Please do not confuse this with your Web Order Number.  Web Order Numbers begin with SONW.  Invoice Number begin with INV.   

2. Read the "Merchandising Return" rules and make sure your item(s) meet the requirements and are eligible to be returned. Note our restocking fee (if applicable).  These rules are found on the main returns page.

3.  Make sure you have included the filled out physical Return Authorization Form.  This form is included in your original order.  If you've misplaced or lost it, then you can download and print a new form at the bottom of this page.  You must include this completed form with your return.

4. Make sure all hardware and pieces are included in the return and that the part is in the original packaging.

5. Package your items along with the completed Return Authorization Form. Please ensure sufficient packaging.

6. Return postage must be prepaid. (If it is our error, we will pay for shipping)
